What does this mean? Essentially it means Global Turbocharger Solutions has met the required quality management principles. This includes the ability to provide services that meet customer satisfaction and regulatory requirements. It also supports that we have a strong customer focus and continually improve the turbocharger services we offer. We are one of the leading industrial turbocharger solution providers certified.
Being certified is not a members club. In order to become certified we had to ensure we an effective quality management system was in place. The certification body then did a full audit of our performance. We recently renewed our certification to maintain our status.
